Re: Fate/Fudge dice - custom script for separate color die results

I forgot to mention. Do not define parameter #2. It's a parameter that is used only internally in the formula.

Re: Fate/Fudge dice - custom script for separate color die results

Your on the right path. But here the more elegant code. @1 ← #1 RdF @ . #2 ← 4 - #1 . @2 ← sum( @1 ) + #2 YdF . “Total:” + @2 + “Shift” + count1( @1 ) To define parameter #1 double tap on it and rename it Weapon Rating and tap done. This code will allow for a weapon rating of 1 to 4 in one go. For t...

Re: D6 Legend Dice Formula

It can be done with a custom macro and a formula. The macro code would look like this: Name: LD Description: d6 Legend open Default Dice Size: 6 Color: Red Has TN: yes Default TN: 3 Action Based Open: yes Action 1: If Face < TN Value: 0 Action 2: If Face = High Re-Roll: Split Badge: Another Value = ...

Re: d20 open ended but uses new die if result of 20... can y

Here the logic. @1 ← d20 . Defines a variable called @1. The period at the end is to close off that line of code. In Dicenomicon anything to the left of the period is acted on but not displayed as a result. In dicenomicon both the local and global variable are preceded by the symbol @. I could easil...

Try this:

@1 ← d20 . if @1 = 20 then @1 + d+6 else @1 end

Re: Savage World dice formulae?

The easiest way to do this is to write a formula for each dice roll.

The code would look like this:

High1(d4, d+6)

Hope this helps.

Re: Odd treatment of formulae in 3.1.1

Try this as code.

Code: Select all

@3 ← #1 d6 @ .
@2 ← count1( @3 ) .
@1 ← length( gt4( @3 ) ) .
if @2 ≥ ( #1 / 2 ) then
if @1 = 0 then
“Critical Glitch!!”
else
@1 + “, But with a Glitch.”
end
else
@1
end
It won't do any of the highlight but does the count correctly.

Re: Editing quickly the number of dice (and such things)

You want to use parameters (#1 - #6) to achive this. For example if you wanted to roll a variable number of d10, the code for the formula would be: #1d10. How you about defining the parameter is dependent on what keyboard you are using, if you are using the Dicenomicon custom keyboard then press on ...

Re: Star Wars D6 2e Formulas

I got some code for you. #3 <- #1 - 1. @wild <- 1rd+6. @norm <- If #1 = 1 then #2 else #3gd6 +#2 end. If @wild = 1 then "Mishap, Roll of" + @norm else "Roll of" + (@norm + @wild) end This code will tell you when a mishap is rolled and the result of the dice roll without the wild dice. When no mishap...

Re: Dicenomicon 3.1.1 Bug Reports

Found a major bug. When shaking the iDevice to reroll a favorite roll it does not recount the dice but just display the result from the first roll using that formula. The work around is to use the reroll button at all time. I'm using an iPhone 4 and an iPad 1 both with dicenomicon 3.1.1 and iOS 5.1....

Re: Help: How to check for "botching" a Deadlands style roll

You are on the right track. Here is the code for what you want to do.

@1 ← 4 d+6 @ . if count1( @1 ) > 2 then “Bust!” else high1( @1 ) end
