Bug report?

The following formula doesn't work, seems like the parameter isn't being passed in as a target number.

#1d TN#2

Both parameters are Zero or Positive

5d TN7 works fine though.

This used to work back in the day, but quit working a year or so ago.

Re: help with open dice

To save a formula, you'll need to add it as a favorite roll.

Re: 2.5 bug reports

Editing a formula via web server empties parameter definition. As well, web editor set parameters do not get saved.

Re: Can I set a parameter in "parent" formula for a :next:

I want to pass the fact if an attack is a critical to the :next: formula from it's "parent" formula is that possible? If so how? You can pass values into the :next: roll, just add it to the list you put into it. Ie: :next:("display", "roll name", value). Value will then be set as #1 in the followin...

Re: If Then Woes...

Remember that The Dicenomicon language is a functional language, so every expression has to have some value. If you read the spellbook closely on how to use ":next:", you would also know that you aren't returning a value in your if expressions. Are you saying that... if @HIT >= 19 then @POSCRIT = 1...

Re: Edgewalkers dice Mechanic

Try this:

Code: Select all

@1 ← sort( 3 d10 @ ) . @1 [ 2 ]
Edit: Why did I bother with a variable? This works:

Code: Select all

sort( 3 d10 @ ) [ 2 ]

Re: Wanting to make a interesting macro

Ok, so what you are really looking for is two rolls, first to see how many is > 3 and are hits, then to roll the hits to see damage or something. Baby is crying so I don't have time to write this all out but this info should get you started. Sounds like the perfect use of the :next: function. In you...

Re: Wanting to make a interesting macro

Alright, I'm having a horrible time trying to make a macro for use with Warhammer, what I'm trying to do is make a macro and a favorite roll set that will roll a certain amount of dice, and execute a macro to check for values < 3 and disable those dice. Then allow me to re-roll the remaining dice. ...

Bug report

First off, great product. I'm really happy to have purchased it. My problem is this: before I really read up on what the heck I was doing with this app, I got the idea of removing the dice bar dice and inputting in just the ones I needed. It let me remove the dice and has the little + symbol but tha...
