Re: Issue with Parameters?

Meh, I have the 2nd generation of the ipod touch and apparently you can't update that one to 4.3. I saw your other thread discussing upcoming release and mentioned this as a possible bug to fix. I'd really like to see someone else duplicate the issue... anybody else with a 2nd gen ipod touch? Anyway...

Re: Issue with Parameters?

I uninstalled, then re-installed the application. The parameter screen appeared until I saved it for a formula, then would not appear again. My process was: 1) Edit a formula and add a parameter(#1). Configured the parameter 2) Tested the formula to make sure it worked (it did) 3) Edited the formula ...

Issue with Parameters?

Hello, I used to use Dicenomicon a long time ago and started using it again. I'm relearning its language but I'm running into an issue I haven't had before. When I try to double-click on a parameter it doesn't bring up the window to define it. My test formula is "#1 d8". I looked it up in the instru...

Re: Code to handle AOEs

Oops, that was a typo... I had @ in one incarnation of my test scripts. Changing the periods to comma helped a lot. Another thing I learned is that the if statement needs to have that @ modifier to work on the individual items within a list. if 20 in $1@ then Hmm, I swear you had a section on if sta...

Code to handle AOEs

I'm trying to get a handle on the Dicenomicon language but its subtleties continue to elude me. I want to write code to handle dice rolls when I cast an AOE in 4ed D&D. Our DM handles damage by applying one damage roll to all targets except for crits. So I'd like the code to: 1) Roll d20 for #1 enem...

Re: Web Interface

It sounds like I'm getting slightly results from you. I'm going to hope that your fix takes care of the entire problem... I'll test it out after the next version is released (c'mon apple).

AFA the new ajax interface, sounds real nice. I hope you get time to work on it soon.

Web Interface

gandreas, First let me start off start off by saying how awesome I think the capabilities of Dicenomicon are. You don't know how times I've exclaimed "SWEET!" every time I learn a new way of doing something. I slap myself in the head when I think about how long I considered purchasing it. Sorry if t...
