Re: The Dicenomicon: iOS 7 and OS X

My players and I (as DM and as a player) don't fit your mix. I do have a player that brings just an iPad, but another player and myself bring a laptop (for note taking) and an iPhone (for dice rolling). The iPhone is only because there isn't a Mac version of Dicenomicon yet. I've used just an iPad f...

Re: physics question

The best solution you have would be to double-tap the re-roll button, which will stop rolling the dice and align the dice to the upper left corner. Of course, who's the say the numbers that appear when you align the dice are the same as the numbers would be if you let them continue to roll. Or can y...

Re: Dropbox integration

This will be GREAT! Do away with the need for iTunes to sync XML's. Wonderful idea.

Re: Roll dice swipe

If you have several dice, say d20 and 2d8, how would it know which die to reroll?

Re: Dice Editor

It would seem the Help file is slightly wrong. The function "3d6" is probably the last (or first) function used. Just backspace and write the function you want. For example enter 4 d6 H 3 and get four six-sided dice and the lowest die will be greyed out, with the value of the highest three displayed.

Re: Reset the background and lock it

Glenn answered the first part already.

As to the colors, they aren't that bad. Glenn did create a good white die.

Re: Reset the background and lock it

Roll a die, then double tap the reroll button (bottom left, crossed arrows). This will put the rolled die in the upper left corner and reset the view. Until Glenn releases a version to make that an option to turn on or off, it is always on. I think he knows a lot of us don't like this feature, espec...

dPip6

d20 rolls a single 20-sided die
5d20 rolls five 20-sided dice

dPip6 rolls a single six-sided die with dots (pips) instead of numbers.
5dPip6 rolls 25 six-sided dice with pips.

Error?
