Step base system support

It's not all there yet, but:

So the idea is that the "number" of dice actually are the step to use. I had considered doing "dED9" instead, but "9dED" seemed more in the spirit.

Note that step dice can not have roll macros (since it is unclear how they would apply - to each die? To the totals?), nor can they be "open ended" (though the dice that make up the step can be open-ended, and as such, again make that concept ambiguous).

The actual formula for each step is currently limited to adding dice (plus or minus an optional constant). I'm aware that there is a system somewhere that uses stepped dice and takes the maximum value - I may support that as well (basically, all the dice have to use the same operator to combine their results together, so it could also do things like taking the product of all the dice I suppose). Not quite sure how I'm going to get it to work, but yes, the step formula will include open ended rolls (which is the whole point of trying to support EarthDawn)

And the roll result (complete with a reroll, since EarthDawn have open rolls:

(3 + 7 + the 8 that was rerolled = 18)
