dicenomicon app download

I tried to send this as a private message but it appears to still be in the outbox rather that being sent.

I had purchased Dicenomicon sometime ago, it happens to be the best dice app out there for iOS. I migrated away from iPhone for a while and have recently came back and pulled up my old icloud backups to reinstall the apps I used to have years ago. But the icloud backup for Dicenomicon is grayed out and not able to be downloaded.

Can I get it again or would I have to pay again?

never mind on this. i've decided to go with another app instead.
